I strongly suggest to make the new inner _SSLSocketChannelHandler_ private.
If we need to make it public at some time in the future we are free to do so,
but let's get to that point (if ever). Exposing it now we'll be stuck with it
forever as a candidate for breaking change.
Same for _SocketChannelAttachment_
