Currently, the FlowFile exposes a Lineage Start Date, which is used by
prioritizers to determine which FlowFile is the oldest or newest. However, if
two FlowFiles have the same lineage start date, the prioritizer is unable to
distinguish which is newer, so they are considered equal.
