The basic idea is to have a CS that would refresh Kerberos TGT for a given
user. Such CS may or may nod need to be attached to a particular Processor.
Also, it may be related to NIFI-997 since it appears to use different strategy
where Hadoop Processors depend on renewal thread. Such service would generalize
Kerberos support for cases like this and code that went in to NIFI-997 may be
simplified.
