Ok validated the latest and it seems smooth as butter now. The only unique bit
i notice now is the heavier than normal use of bulletins but given the fact
that we're managing the lifecycle of another thing it is actually pretty useful
to have and see. It is perhaps something that is worth turning down later but
let's see what others think.
