Tested on Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux 14.04 with small files (ensuring the
non-multipath code path was taken), large files using mulitpart, under a number
of interesting conditions, such as emptying the queue after stopping. Verified
multiparts were cleared after ageoff interval and state left is aged off.
