Fix For: 0.6.0
To reproduce simply configure flow with outputPort, start the port and then
stop it. It takes a while before the little square at the top right corner of
the port window disappears.
Now, it could be just a UI refresh or a bug in Port's life-cycle. Need to be
investigated.
