[~jameswing] - I've refactored the unit tests into separate test as you had
recommended. Regarding using stubs - I've implemented the tests using stubbed
DynamoDB - [updated mock
tests|https://github.com/mans2singh/nifi/commit/75857ea80739035bc8666efbb8540bf61fa97392].
