ExtractText ONLY captures the first 1024 (default) characters.
The help text says this applies to the capture group values. It's not clear
that this is on the 'input', but leads one to believe it's on the actual new
properties that are being captured.
Better wording should be
"Specifies the Maximum length of the input record that will be evaluated for
the capture. The input record will only be evaluated Up TO this length, and
the rest will be ignored"
