Our current Kafka NAR only supports Zookeeper option and this JIRA is primarily
to downgrade the client version that was upgraded in the previous release back
to 0.8 and not about utilizing new Kafka API. We do have a JIRA for hat as
well https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-1296 and it will most likely be
realized with different set of processors due to the nature of API changes in
Kafka.
