full clean build w/contrib check solid. Ran a test that caused expiration of
archival content based on age trigger and it worked perfectly. Ran a test that
then caused expiration of archival content based on size trigger and it worked
perfectly. Used debug logs and system commands to verify behavior. Will merge
to 0.6.1/0.7/and master. Obviously it is non trivial to replicate the exact
conditions of this case but the change and its impact to the symptoms reported
are solid and Chris reports that behavior since being patched has been solid.
