Processors have a Bulletin Level configuration that allows controlling the
level at which bulletins were made but the same facility is not provided to the
other components. As Controller Services and Reporting Tasks can have a more
prominent role, the ability to set component specific logging would be helpful
for operators of their flow to control the level of information provided.
