New processors PublishKafka and ConsumeKafka have been created to support Kafka
API 0.9+ which is explicitly stated in the usage docs for them.
We should similarly update the docs for the GetKafka & PutKafka processors so
users know what version of the API is supported for them. This will help
distinguish these Kafka processors from one another and make the transition to
the new ones smoother, since eventually the Get & Put Kafka processors will be
deprecated.
