org.apache.nifi.processors.standard.HashContent help contents states:

result of Hashing the existing FlowFile attributes. The name of this attribute
is specified by the <Hash Attribute Name> property

Shouldn't the correct be {{ Hashing the existing FlowFile contents }} ?
