Interesting that junit missed that and I incorrectly assumed the change in
structure had not lead to side effects. Feedback was much appreciated and
unless I messed up with git once again, your suggestion should be reflected in
the present commit.
In any case... I took the chance and also removed the requirement of using
the static eml files. Instead we now follow the TestListenSMTP approach and
generate the messages dynamically using MimeMessage & co and removed unused
dependencies from the `pom.xml`
If you see no further issues, the only remaining aspect pending @joewitt or
@bbende feedback is the need or no need to add subethasmtp NOTICE
