Summary: Introduce more intuitive UI controls for CRON scheduling

It would be nice to provide more time-based options to easily configure
scheduling that currently must be set via a CRON expression.
In addition to more user-friendly controls to select specific days, hours,
minutes, etc., continue to provide the ability for CRON experienced users to
enter an expression.
For either method a user chooses, provide a clear narrative to summarize the
schedule on which the processor will run.
