This is an initial parent ticket to encapsulate the work, discussion, and
design of Command and Control for MiNiFi instances. An initial design and
discussion of this effort is encapsulated in a MiNiFi feature proposal
available at
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MINIFI/MiNiFi+Command+and+Control
A considerable portion of this is tightly integrated with the efforts of
NIFI-3157.
Subcomponents of this effort should be treated as subtasks/linked where needed
and design and specific tasks are further established.
