Not sure of the exact nature of the environment where there were errors, but
with RHEL 7.2 and then the use of EPEL 7 for those items not stock on the disc.
Verified the issue with the parent of the listed 09d973ba,
63dbb8241e851068bff54ab8cef8310cc4a22cb5, and then built and tested again using
09d973ba. Will close this out.
