CMake has a bug that prevents the default FindZLIB.cmake from finding the Zlib
1.2.8 that are in fact present on Ubuntu 16.10 devices. This fix provides a
custom FindZLIB.cmake that will resolve that issue without requiring all users
to update their version of CMake
