[~phrocker] Please do jot down anything that comes to mind. These tasks are a
bit simpler but the greater design for these higher level C2 thing is a
nontrivial process. Once we get some thoughts together and figure out some key
areas we can export to the Wiki for further discussion and evaluation. Hard
but fun problems to solve ahead. Thanks!
