To help clean up spurious includes and provide some additional tooling to aid
in providing a consistent codebase, including a target to execute cppclean
(https://github.com/myint/cppclean) could be helpful for catching some of these
issues that are typically detected by contrib-check level functionality in our
Java based efforts.
