Likely best to land on the Wiki as it will be evolving, but it would be great
to establish a matrix of versions for C++ and Java that highlight what each
supports from the standpoint of features (e.g. - Site to Site Raw/Socket,
Controller Services, Provenance Reporting, Processors, etc) and then
additionally break these out in terms of Schema Version that supports this
configuration.
