marco polo commented on MINIFI-167: ----------------------------------- [~jeremy.dyer] There was a new ticket created by [~randerzander] -- MINIFI-322. You are free to take it. I don't think I've done more than create a skeleton. There are features in there that likely aren't necessary. I think you can do it in stages to get something out there. Reviewing MergeContent on the java side seems to me that features were added over a long period of time and may not be necessary for use cases here. We may need additional configuration options to keep memory lighter. > Mergecontent processor for minifi-cpp > ------------------------------------- > > Key: MINIFI-167 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MINIFI-167 > Project: Apache NiFi MiNiFi > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: C++ > Reporter: Karthik Narayanan > > A simpler processor than the nifi merge content processor. It should support > at least binary concatenation. it will basically allow a flow running in > minifi to group several events at a time and send them to nifi, to better > utilize the network bandwidth. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.4.14#64029)
