Create a SplitText processor that mimics the current functionality of the NiFi
SplitText.java processor for MiNiFi C++. This will allow for text to be split
on the edge devices in a more distributed manner so that upstream nifi
instances will not have the burden of trying to split text from multiple edge
devices and help NiFi throughput in those scenarios since it will no longer
have to handle that.
