Ah, I had forgotten about the design work done for the C2 protocol so far. I'll
need to re-read the design page prior discussing the updating process more but
I do agree that "agent" level changes would, in general, be done less.
+1 on the draft doc, thanks!
As for MINIFI-422, I think we would still have the same end goal but the
implementation would be different. We'd just need to make sure to keep it
consistent when implementing MINFI-422.
