To facilitate flow updates via the C2 server, it would be helpful to have a way
of passing core properties in via an alternative means. This is likely only a
minor adjustment to what is currently provided given the use of defaults and
what is a minimal configuration for operation (e.g.
https://github.com/apache/nifi-minifi/blob/master/minifi-bootstrap/src/test/resources/config-minimal.yml)
