Since the flow designer effort will be saving flows to a NiFi Registry
instance, we'll need the C2 server to be able to retrieve the flow for a given
agent class.
We'll need a service in the C2 framework that uses NiFi Registry client and can
do things like retrieve available versions for a given agent class, retrieve
latest flow for a given agent class, retrieve specific version of a flow for a
given agent class, and maybe more eventually.
