Should allow pluggable strategies for processors/controller services/reporting
tasks.
Need to include the strategy's @Tags values in the properties of those
components that reference same type of strategy.
This will require updates to many processors in order to take advantage of
these new features:
SplitContext/SplitText/SplitXml -> SplitContent with strategy
MergeContent
JMS Processors
Identify MIME Type
ReplaceText -> Match with Regex vs replace everything vs append vs prepend
