Rather than cancel / apply as the only options procsesor configuration dialog
should have Cancel, Apply, and OK. When apply is clicked the new properties
should be applied to the processor and the PropertyDescriptors and
Relationships should again be queried with the UI updated.
This allows PropertyDescriptors and Relationships to change based on configured
properties. Use cases include things like RouteOnAttribute with relationships
changing based on property values; properties changed based on a selector
Provider interface; Relationships changing in CompressContent bceause failure
is not an option if mode = Compress and format is not attribute-based.
