The current click-to-content/viewing capability is designed to integrate with a
given viewing service. Such a thing may not often be available. We should
provide a simple/basic viewing capability to allow properly authorized users to
view the content. This feature is really helpful in building flows
incrementally. The basic viewer should ensure the browser remains responsive
even for large inputs.
