Removed support for HornetQ JMS Client. It was Apache v2 licensed but depended
on a couple of libraries which were GPL/LGPL and thus not allowed. If
HornetQ's dependencies do evolve to be compatible we can add it back in. They
claim on their site that they want to be fully Apache compatible over time.
Removed dependency on c3p0 which was pulled in by Quartz. We do not use the
JDBC related components of quartz so it doesn't matter.
