The project inherited from ASF parent so some of the plugin definitions could
be removed cause they are inherited by the ASF parent.
Also the plugin definitions should be removed cause they are only used in the
nar-maven-plugin which is not part of the reactor.
Furthermore there are some default values which should be used instead of
supplemental definitions like encoding etc.
