About pulling in the AbstractHadoopProcessor, I think we can just remove it and
rebuild the functionality or do without. Kite dataset URIs can embed the
information needed to talk to different services, like adding the HDFS
host/port: dataset:hdfs://namenode:8020/path/to/dataset.
