- modified all artifacts to start with 'nifi-'
- modified version of nifi-nar-maven-plugin to 1.0.0
- merged jms and ganglia into standard-bundle
- removed monitor-threshold. Reportedly doesn't work and we lack ability to
support it right now. It is in Git though so should someone be motivated to
fix it up and bring it back that would be great.
