That is a fair point.  I'm comfortable with either approach for this case.  I'd 
throw a +1 on either implementation given either argument.  If one does the two 
relationship route they have to consider the fact that on restart it will mean 
that processor will need manual attention.  It is effectively a 'breaking 
change'.
