all: Unless there is objection i will continue the labor intensive fun of
moving comments around to satisfy the checkstyle. It is not thoughtful work at
this point. Should something come up that is i'll request another review. But
given the existing reviews/discussion i am going to keep working it and
committing until resolved and we have checkstyle on by default.
