[~markap14] Opted to implement the move as [~devriesb] outlined originally 
suggested with the context menu item. I think that Cut could be a separate 
action we offer in addition to this with the distinction about queued 
flowfiles. 

But for now, I've implement the opposite capability we already support. We can 
put stuff into a group. Now we can also take stuff out of a group.
