Update Dockerfile / JAVA_HOME - 2nd try (#805)
* Nutch 1.19 release
- update current year in API docs etc.
- update version number
- add changes / release notes
- update links to Hadoop API docs
* Update Dockerfile / JAVA_HOME
Alpine is using ash shell by default which results in an not set JAVA_HOME
environment variable
* Update Dockerfile
Remove empty line at the end
