## Summary
* system/nxdiag: Remove unnecessary `--depth` parameter
* Espressif common headers do not require it and the parameter is not
supported for some GIT operations.
## Impact
Enable using local `http`-based URL for `ESP_HAL_3RDPARTY_URL`.
