Review Comment:
   it seems like  just init the events status? if any task use the 
event_wait(events_ptr, 0) to wait for an event, the task will be not blocked 
the first time it is called?
   
   If my understanding is correct, is this design for special scenarios?
   
   I'm curious, so please give me an explanation, d(`・∀・)b
