### Description / Steps to reproduce the issue * As found in https://github.com/apache/nuttx-apps/pull/2671 the msys2 / cmake / ninja build is broken due to 8192 chars limit on command line length. * Quick fix for the msys2 CI is proposed here https://github.com/apache/nuttx-apps/pull/2671. A solution is required to fix builds on MSYS2 + CMAKE + NINJA. ### On which OS does this issue occur? [OS: Windows] ### What is the version of your OS?
