This adds a socketcan driver for IMX9 platform. Some parts of the driver are copied from imxrt platform, which seems to have an older version of the same IP block. There are quite large changes however. The driver has been desk-tested on a custom imx93 based board connected to a zubax myxa ESC motor controller, controlled with PX4 autopilot. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
