## Summary
Update imx95-evk configurations to make it easier to use these on the
default sd-card image of the IMX95LPD5EVK-19.
The imx95-evk:can configuration is added.
Additional changes:
- Add assert on scmi pinconfig result
- Add config for waking WFI at systick
## Impact
arm/imx9 and imx95-evk
## Testing
Tested on IMX95LPD5EVK-19
