Building documentation doesn't work with the latest sphinx packages, and your solution will download the latest packages. Have you tested this solution recently? On my machine, building documentation using this approach doesn't work at all. It's possible that it works for you because you're using quite old python 3.8. Yes i am using python 3.8.....
