Fix tricore running issue introduced by

## Summary
PR17060 updated the context switch code in tricore arch, but tricore is
not in CI, so the running issue
was not checked, this PR will fix this problem
## Impact
Tricore arch issue fixed, no impact to other parts
## Testing
**ostest passed on board a2g-tc397-5v-tft**
