   Yes, `sudo qemu-system-x86_64 -enable-kvm -cpu 
host,+invtsc,+vmware-cpuid-freq,kvmclock=off -smp 4 -m 2G -kernel nuttx 
-nographic -serial mon:stdio` is using real CPU cores to run the VM.
