Right now we only implement the `BTPROTO_L2CAP` socket for AF_BLUETOOTH, we
need to add support for BTPROTO_HCI to be able to really make use of the
bluetooth stack for things like advertisement and GATT. Currently there is a
network IOCTL but this is fragile and does not map well to the Linux socket
interface.
