* Am I correct this docker is created each time CI is launched and we should
keep it as light (time) as possible or it is created one time only and then
reused by all following CI invocations @lupyuen @xiaoxiang781216 @simbit18

* Regarding the build tools compilation I am wondering how to offload the
rest of source code build and just use pre-built packages?
* The simplest way would be to have build host packages ready (Ubuntu
24LTS) but that may not be always possible.
* How about adding missing tools to bigger projects like
https://github.com/xpack-dev-tools ? :-)
