from bedc8c9 Remove "kludge" code that come from PIC32
add 99d3317 arch/xtensa/src/esp32/esp32_irq.c: Include esp32_gpio.h to
avoid implicit declaration warning.
add 37d8799 arch/xtensa/src/esp32/esp32_spi.c: spi_cmddata function will
be defined by board logic, don't need it here.
