Our approach with @lupyuen is Distributed Automated Build and Runtime Testing for NuttX, so build and runtime tests is connected. Build has some very nice public articles already about NuttX Dashboard and PR Bot, all this can be used already to setup local build host and report build results in form of comments to PRs. This seems safest possible choice for now without actual integration with our project's CI otherwise that would require constant full time (security) monitoring as Lup mentioned.
