@vrmay23 Unfortunately, what seems best for you isn't always best for the project. Keep in mind that in a few months, you might no longer be active in the project, and the code you contributed will need to be maintained by someone else. The more your code deviates from the accepted consensus, the more difficult the work will be for maintainers. Therefore, consistency in code is more important than minor improvements. I won't even discuss whether minor improvements actually help, that's a topic for another discussion. I'm sure every NuttX contributor sees many areas for improvement (especially in boards/), but properly applying such improvements requires modifying the entire codebase to make sense, not just one board. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
